Title
The title must clearly reflect the study's main topic. Use Capitalize Each Word format, written in English. Avoid abbreviations and overly general phrasing. A good title should be specific enough to inform readers of the key variables and context of the research.

Abstract
Write a concise single paragraph of 150-200 words summarizing the study's background, objective, methodology, main results, and conclusions. The abstract must be self-contained - do not include citations, figure numbers, table numbers, or mathematical expressions. It will be used directly by abstracting and indexing services, so clarity and precision are essential.

Keywords
Provide 3 to 5 keywords that best describe the content of the paper. Keywords should be listed in alphabetical order and separated by semicolons. Choose terms that are widely used in the field to maximize discoverability through search engines and indexing databases.

Introduction
Present the background and context of the study, clearly defining the research problem and its significance in the fields of management, innovation, economics, or digital business. Identify the gap in existing knowledge that justifies this study. End the section by stating the research objectives and/or research questions explicitly.
Approx. 400-600 words |

Literature Review
Critically examine existing research relevant to the study. Discuss key theories, frameworks, and empirical findings that underpin the research. Identify contradictions, gaps, or limitations in the current body of knowledge. This section should demonstrate a thorough and critical understanding of the subject, not merely a summary of previous works. Include a theoretical framework subsection explaining the relationships between key constructs, and a hypothesis development subsection (if applicable) deriving hypotheses from reviewed theories. Use APA 7th edition citations throughout.

Methods
Provide a complete and replicable description of the research methodology covering: (a) research design - quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods; (b) population and sample - sampling method, sample size, and inclusion/exclusion criteria; (c) data collection - instruments and evidence of validity and reliability; (d) data analysis - statistical or analytical techniques and software used (e.g., SPSS, SmartPLS, NVivo, STATA).

Results
Present the findings of the study objectively and in a logical order. Do not interpret or discuss results in this section - save that for the Discussion. Begin with descriptive statistics, then report hypothesis testing or main findings with test statistics, p-values, and effect sizes (for quantitative studies), or main themes and categories (for qualitative studies). All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text before they appear.

Discussion
Interpret and explain the findings in relation to the research questions, hypotheses, and reviewed literature. Discuss whether results support or contradict previous studies and explain why. Highlight the theoretical and practical implications of the findings. Acknowledge the limitations of the study and their potential impact. The discussion should reflect critical analysis, not simply restate the results.

Conclusion
Provide a concise summary of the main findings and their contribution to the field. The conclusion must directly address the research objectives stated in the introduction. Avoid introducing new data or arguments. Suggest directions for future research and, where applicable, practical recommendations for managers, policymakers, or practitioners.

Acknowledgements, Funding & Conflicts of Interest
Include acknowledgements for individuals or institutions that supported the research but do not qualify as authors. State the funding source if applicable. Declare any conflicts of interest, or state: "The authors declare no conflicts of interest." Each author must specify their individual contribution covering at least one of: conceptualization, data acquisition, analysis, drafting, revision, supervision, or final approval.
